JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrative assistant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to our growing organisation, ensuring the smooth running of our busy office.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Providing reception duties , managing phone calls, and responding to general inquiries
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as needed
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the team
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an office administration or executive assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 1-2 years of office administration experience is required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook and Xero
- Basic level of Excel proficiency is required
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail
- A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
