ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable temporary administrative professional to provide data, account, and process support for a small team. This role is project-based and ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment while handling structured administrative and data cleanup tasks.

Key Responsibilities
•
Perform data entry, cleanup, and updates within internal databases and spreadsheets
•
Review and reconcile account, vendor, and subscription data across systems
•
Assist with outreach to contacts via email to confirm or update account details
•
Compile reports, track responses, and maintain accurate documentation
•
Support basic financial-related administrative tasks using provided reports
•
Follow established processes and timelines while working independently
Systems You’ll Work With
•
CRM database (shared login provided) for member/vendor accounts and records
•
Accounting software reports (view-only; no direct system access required)
•
Spreadsheets used for tracking, reconciliation, and imports
Required Qualifications
•
Intermediate computer proficiency, including:
•
Microsoft Excel and Word
•
Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
•
Database or CRM data entry experience
•
Strong communication and customer service skills
•
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
•
Reliable internet access
