Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Our company looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant / Secretary to support daily office operations. This role is primarily remote, but the ideal candidate must be local and willing to come into the office occasionally for meetings or support when needed.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced service business.
Responsibilities
Scheduling service calls and appointments
Coordinating and attending Zoom meetings
Following up on customer leads and inquiries
Communicating with technicians and management
Basic email and phone support
Updating customer information and job notes
General administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous office or administrative experience required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable with Zoom, email, and basic computer systems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet and phone access
Work Location
Mostly remote
Must be able to come into the office occasionally (local candidates only)
