JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry
- Maintain and organize filing systems
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Must have flexibility to work Monday through Friday mornings and early afternoons
Compensation
- $18 – $22 per hour, based on experience
