Job Description

JOB SUMAMRY

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and multitasking while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities, supporting our teams remotely, and ensuring smooth communication between departments, clients, and management. This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations virtually through photos and videos
Communicate with clients and resolve day-to-day issues promptly
Support the hiring process — including screening, onboarding, and coordination of new cleaners
Conduct occasional quality check-ins and virtual inspections
Provide administrative and marketing support (referral programs, follow-ups, updates in spreadsheets and group chats)
Prepare and send weekly performance and team status reports
Coordinate with the financial department (tracking hours, assisting with QuickBooks, reconciling information)
Handle documentation, forms, and internal communication

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with administrative coordination or operations management
Great communication and problem-solving abilities
Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for remote work
Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Housecall Pro) and QuickBooks is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,475.00 – $2,950.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
