JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a reliable Virtual Customer Coordinator to assist with customer communication and support daily tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and committed to providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with scheduling, service updates, and routine follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within internal systems
- Track pending requests and help ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth customer service workflows
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, administration, or account coordination is helpful
- Familiar with CRM systems and communication tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
