ABOUT JOB

Our client is looking to hire a long-term Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven. You will be working directly with ownership and our team to execute and improve our marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and experienced in both content creation and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing for Social Media
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Add captions, effects, music, and optimize for engagement
• Maintain consistent brand look and feel
• Social Media Management
• Schedule and post content
• Assist in planning content calendar
• Monitor engagement and performance
• Paid Advertising
• Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns
• Help optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
• CRM Marketing
• Execute email & SMS campaigns through our CRM
• Assist with creating and uploading product listings (wheels, tires, accessories)
• Track incoming leads
• Identify where leads are coming from (Google, social, etc.)
• Provide simple weekly reports with insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience in:
• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Social media content management
• Google Ads (basic to intermediate level)
• Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Good English communication skills

Preferred (Big Plus):

• Experience in automotive industry (cars, wheels, tires)
• Experience with performance-based marketing
• Understanding of lead tracking and attribution

Pay: $9.00 – $12.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
