Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently
- Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized records
- Assist with office operations, including mail distribution and supply tracking
- Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain accurate customer and job information in company systems
- Provide support for customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks or similar systems is a plus)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and general office equipment
- Experience in property management, landscaping, or service-based industries is a plus
