ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, order entry, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using Clio or similar software a plus
- Familiarity with law office procedures is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
