Job Description
ABOUT JOB
Our client is in need someone to assist in handing some general office tasks. There is some flexibility for this position as it can be part or full time.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone and taking messages. Transferring if needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Handle clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- ability to use Excel for data entry
- Provide customer service support by assisting clients and responding to inquiries with positive phone etiquette
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information when needed
- light office cleaning
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks online.
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management required
- Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
