Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable, organized Office Assistant to support daily operations for a fast-paced outdoor services company. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers, scheduling jobs, and supporting general office functions. You will work directly with management to ensure smooth communication between customers and field crews.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule jobs and manage the daily calendar
- Communicate with customers regarding estimates, services, and updates
- Assist with basic payroll and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and job details in company systems
- Provide general support wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Jobber, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
