We are a growing roofing company focused on quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and efficient operations. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:
We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule jobs and coordinate with crews and customers
  • Create and send invoices; track payments
  • Answer incoming calls and route appropriately
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Register warranties and maintain job documentation
  • Assist with job costing and basic bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written)
  • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and basic software systems
  • Ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks without constant supervision
  • Experience in construction or roofing is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-time hours (flexible schedule)
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience

What We’re Looking For:

Pay: $22.00 – $27.97 per hour
