Data Entry

• Accurately enter freight data into the systems provided, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and quality before final submission.
• Manage multiple freight processing tasks, as the role encompasses various jobs within the freight data workflow.
• Maintain high attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure data integrity.
• Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and handle workload efficiently.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues found during data review to the appropriate team members.
• Hourly production rates will be required to be met after training period

• Strong ability to accurately enter and review data.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Familiarity with data entry systems and freight processing workflows is a plus.
• Microsoft Office experience required
• File Sharing knowledge required
