ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a responsible professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email, and spreadsheets.
- Plan, organize, schedule meetings organize and make travel arrangements.
- Calendar scheduling correspondence, and setup Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and face to face.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and prepare and monitor invoices.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of special projects, meetings, and training.
