ABOUT JOB

 

Our growing company is looking to hire an organized employee who is good at communication with customers and computer skills for data entries and tracking and at times run errands to deliver permit packages. Construction admin and/or sales experience preferred. This is a part time to full time position with some remote work available on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:
– Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records

– Call customers to schedule estimates.
– Organize and file documents as needed
– Collect data from various sources and input it into the system
– Create and update spreadsheets with relevant information
– Transcribe information from paper documents into computerized systems
– Perform clerical tasks

– Perform follow up phone calls, emails and texts to customers.

Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
– Familiarity with databases and data management systems
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
