Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are looking to hire a Part Time Office Assistant (Remote) to join our team.
- Provide support to Financial Advisor (Life Insurance, Disability, Long Term Care, Investments)
- Client service requests, application processing, follow up
- Calendar Managment (Zoom, Outlook and Google Calendar)
- Maintain client files up to date — fully paperless office
- Client service requests, application processing, follow up
- Other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, SalesForce, Slack)
- Prior work with Financial Advisor (Life Insurance / Investment background) is preferred
- Hours — To be Discussed at Interview (DOE) – Flexible
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
