Responsibilities
- Manage and organize email inboxes
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Send appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects
- Maintain organized records and documents
- Help keep tasks and workflows organized
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
Qualifications
- 4+ years Previous administrative assistant or virtual assistant experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- excellent with details and troubleshooting
- Very strong skills using Google Workspace, calendars, email platforms, and project management tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities independently
- Reliable internet connection, up to date computer, and ability to work remotely
Position Details
- Remote position is okay (location ONLY be within the United States)
- Available during regular business hours (EST), no matter where you live
- Flexible schedule within business hours to start, 8-10 hours per week
- Not afraid to make phone calls when needed to clear problems
- Part-time with pay range of $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
