JOB DETAILS
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead investigations involving gender equity complaints and compliance violations
- Conduct hearings, compliance reviews, and administrative enforcement actions
- Draft formal findings, corrective recommendations, and investigative summaries
- Coordinate interagency advocacy and enforcement initiatives
- Review institutional policies and procedural compliance standards
- Supervise case development and investigative operations
- Maintain confidential legal and investigative records
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years experience in administrative law, civil rights advocacy, compliance, investigations, or regulatory enforcement
- Advanced legal drafting and investigative skills
- Experience conducting administrative hearings and formal proceedings
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Civil rights or discrimination enforcement experience
- Public policy or compliance oversight background
Pay: $4,500.00 – $6,300.00 per hour
