ABOUT JOB
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and verifying company data within internal databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and software systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Verify and correct discrepancies in records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports and retrieve requested information
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Communicate with departments regarding missing or inaccurate data
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Perform routine administrative support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
