Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and efficient support system of our office. Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take detailed messages with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, including updating records in QuickBooks and other software platforms
- Support calendar management and scheduling for staff, including setting appointments and reminders
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparing documents for meetings
- Offer administrative support as a personal assistant when needed, managing tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk reception or office administration roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred
- Knowledge of customer service best practices with a friendly and professional demeanor
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
