ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic office team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining essential data across various platforms. Your keen attention to detail and strong computer literacy will ensure the integrity of our records, supporting smooth office operations and excellent customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills and contribute to a well-functioning office environment. Responsibilities
- Enter and update data efficiently using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks.
- Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and answering inquiries with proper phone etiquette.
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and calendar management for staff.
- Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before final submission or filing.
- Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and assisting with bookkeeping activities like invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, data entry, proofreading, and supporting administrative projects as needed. Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Experience with data entry tasks requiring high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and customer support efficiently.
- Prior experience in roles like receptionist, medical receptionist, dental receptionist or personal assistant is beneficial but not required. Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
