JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Part Time Assistant to support a fast-paced office environment. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable handling both administrative responsibilities and day-to-day operational tasks.
You will work directly with the owner and his assistant, and gain hands-on exposure of the day-to-day operations of running a business.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $22/hour
- Bonuses given
- Additional Perks
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling possible.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and organizing emails
- Excel data entry and spreadsheet management
- Handling errands and day-to-day office support tasks
- Preparing documents and maintaining organization
- General executive and administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is has a “no task too small” attitude. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, responsive. Outstanding opportunity for someone interested in entrepreneurship and real estate.
