ABOUT JOB
Our client is looking for a Scheduling Assistant/ Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part time basis. This entry level role will focus on assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating service scheduling to support our customer service operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails and providing excellent customer service.
• Help coordinate service schedules for installers and ensure accuracy in subcontractor invoices.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices, ensuring they are posted promptly.
• Provide assistance with job management, material procurement, and document preparation.
• Ensure accurate daily data entry for all supply and install jobs
• Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
• Attend meetings when requested and document key notes and action items.
• Archive records according to legal and organisational requirements.
• Stay informed and comply with company policies, procedures, and internal systems.
• Other ad hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good time management.
• Excellent Attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
• Computer skills are essential.
• Have a can-do positive attitude
