ABOUT JOB

 

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate interviews, manage recruiting operations, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects our company thoughtfully and professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews end-to-end: technical screens, team rounds, executive interviews, and debriefs
  • Own candidate communication throughout the scheduling lifecycle — confirmations, reschedules, prep materials, and day-of logistics
  • Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Prepare interviewers ahead of each interview by distributing resumes, rubrics, and relevant context
  • Support day-of interview logistics, including troubleshooting and last-minute changes

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, executive assistant, or high-volume scheduling or operations role
  • High bar for operational excellence, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Clear, professional, and warm written communication
  • Comfort making independent decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to prioritize across competing scheduling requests and stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset — you spot problems before they escalate

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruiting workflows
  • Experience supporting executive-level scheduling or working closely with senior leadership
