ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is seeking an organized and dependable Office Clerk to support daily administrative and office operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth workflow and efficient office management.

 


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling and basic office coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
  • Support different departments with administrative tasks
  • Provide basic clerical support to management

 

 

Requirements:

 

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
