Our client  is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Support Assistant to provide daily support to clients and assist internal teams with customer service and administrative operations. This role is responsible for responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and ensuring a positive client experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with questions, requests, and service-related support
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other client communications
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Coordinate follow-up communications and appointment scheduling
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
  • Escalate complex client concerns when necessary
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
  • Follow company procedures and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $21.80 – $22.40 per hour
