Job Description
ABOUT JOB
Our client is a private investment firm focused on the healthcare sector specializing in supporting founder-led businesses and complex transactions including carve-outs and buy and build strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and departmental functions
- Oversee calendar management, travel logistics, and expense reporting for investment professionals
- Maintain the CRM system including capturing daily meetings/calls
- Assist with preparing marketing materials
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Work with building management and facilities
- Lead office operations including kitchen/supply management and vendor management
- Maintain conference room calendars
- Assist with annual event coordination/logistics as needed
- Assist with and coordination of occasional team and firm events
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years if related experience in office administration/management
- Experience within financial services or similar-paced industry
- Direct executive support experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
