ABOUT JOB

 

Our client is looking for a work-from-home role as a Virtual Receptionist and become the first point of contact for businesses .

We’re growing and looking for people who take pride in a great phone manner, love helping others, and want a stable, long-term role they can do from home.

The role

As a Virtual Receptionist, you’ll be the voice of our clients — answering calls, managing digital interactions, and ensuring every person who contacts one of our client businesses feels heard and helped.

– Answer inbound calls and manage digital interactions professionally and warmly.

– Relay messages promptly and accurately to the right people.

– Represent multiple client businesses with the right tone and manner for each.

– Bring a positive, calm presence to every interaction, even when it’s busy.

This role will build your skills as a professional receptionist with real variety — no two calls are the same.

What you’ll need.

Skills

Strong communication and a polished telephone manner, with sharp attention to detail — accuracy in messages and information matters here.

Experience

A background in a fast-paced contact centre or receptionist role is preferred. If you don’t have that, experience in a task-focused process role (claims, banking, or similar transactional work) will be considered.
