ABOUT JOB
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be versatile, organized, and able to handle various tasks related to accounting, purchasing, parts orders, and etc. Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Facilitate data entry in the ERP, process warranty claims, and order parts
- Handle customer service inquiries in a professional manner
- Process requests for quotations over phone and email
Skills
- Previous experience in data entry is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese
