ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative functions and help maintain efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recordkeeping, data entry, scheduling, customer support, and general clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organize, file, and manage documents and records
- Support customers and visitors with general inquiries
- Prepare reports and administrative documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies and assist with routine office tasks
- Perform additional clerical duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
