ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who is professional, organized, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient office workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

What You Will Do In This Role
Duties and Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customers professionally via phone and email on a daily basis.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Follow up on equipment rentals, returns, warranties and customer service-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and office records.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory and supplies.
- Work directly with company leadership to support business operations.
- Prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall administrative functions.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Data Entry.
- Ability to work as a team player.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior administrative and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy a must.
- Organization and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with order processing, inventory systems, or medical equipment sales support (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliability a must.
