ABOUT JOB

 

Our client  is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position supports a variety of occupational health, screening, compliance, and administrative services for businesses, government agencies, and individual clients. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable working with confidential information, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate client and testing data in company software systems
  • Review forms and documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Scan, upload, index, and organize electronic records
  • Verify data by comparing source documents and correcting discrepancies
  • Schedule appointments and assist with daily office workflow
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Assist clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Prepare, file, and maintain confidential records
  • Retrieve electronic records and reports as requested
  • Perform routine administrative and clerical duties
  • Assist with special projects and other office tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, medical office, customer service, or related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent typing and data entry accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities throughout the day. Successful applicants will be comfortable working with computers, learning new software systems, handling confidential information, and providing professional customer service.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:

  • Administrative support or office administration
  • Data entry and document management
  • Customer service and client relations
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Multi-line phone systems and general office operations

We value attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude more than industry-specific experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $12.00 per hour
  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekly Pay
