ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced property management office. This position serves as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, can multitask effectively, and provides exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain tenant and property records with accuracy.
- Assist property managers with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Process work orders and service requests.
- Handle scanning and document management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications –
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Supportive and team-oriented work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Yardi a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
