We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will support our office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and management systems using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks.
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with proper phone etiquette.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients.
  • Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via email or phone, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing files to keep office operations running smoothly.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data entry tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and calendar coordination.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, customer service protocols, and phone etiquette.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred.
  • Ability to proofread documents thoroughly while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous for understanding specialized workflows.
