Job Description
ABOUT JOB
· Assist development and construction management teams with day-to-day project coordination.
· Track project schedules, deadlines, and contractor follow-up items.
· Maintain project files, contracts, and other documentation.
· Prepare reports, correspondence, and project status updates.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers during closing and selections process.
· Communicate construction updates, schedules, and unit upgrade project milestones.
· Coordinate owner requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Facilitate owner orientations, walkthroughs, and closing preparation activities.
· Maintain positive relationships with owners and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Guide buyers through available upgrade and customization options.
· Coordinate selection appointments and maintain accurate records of owner choices.
· Communicate selections to project management teams.
· Track pricing, change orders, and approval documentation.
· Assist in preparing upgrade summaries.
· Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling.
· Support community standards and property appearance initiatives.
· Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service.
· Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
· Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
· Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative functions.
· Assist management with special projects as assigned.
