JOB DETAILS
Our client is in search of a detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude to work in a fast-paced construction office.
This is an entry level position that would be perfect for someone wanting to learn more about the construction industry – we are a small office and there are opportunities to develop skills in multiple directions based on your interests and capabilities.
This is a part- time position (25-35 hours/week), but your hours are flexible within the 8AM-5PM timeframe.
Duties:
- Answer phones and accurately record messages.
- Monitor the president’s schedule daily, reminding him of meetings and events, etc.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, maintaining an organized office space, ordering supplies, and similar related tasks.
- Maintain lists and logs for various business activities.
- Assist Project Managers, Controller, and President as needed.
Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license, as running errands will be required.
- Ability to be self- motivated, multitask and work independently.
- Construction or construction related experience not required, but a huge plus.
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
