ABOUT JOB
Provide front desk reception and administrative support, assist visitors and employees, coordinate office operations, support departmental projects, and assist with onboarding and office resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to general inquiries regarding space assignments and departmental office resources.
- Coordinate conference room reservations and visitor accommodations.
- Assist with meeting preparation, materials, and refreshments.
- Coordinate mail distribution, shipping, and courier services.
- Support departmental projects and special initiatives.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist with onboarding activities and administrative coordination for new employees.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Smartsheet.
- Proficiency in Box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
