ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a qualified, mature-minded person to work 4 days in our Firm. Working alongside other staff members, your administration duties will include but not be limited to general reception duties, typing, mail inwards and outbound, filing, scanning, attending to couriers, preparing the board room for client meetings, and other administrative matters.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest hardworking and willing to help our professional staff with whatever task is required on the day. You will be able to multi-task, work to timelines, be able to prioritise tasks, work independently as well as under the supervision of the Office Manager. You will need a pleasant but confident phone manner and be able to treat everybody with courtesy and respect.

 

You will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Outlook and experience with Xero Practice Manager would be a bonus but not essential. You will be trained in other software programs that our Firm uses in due course.
