JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential operational and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring workflows run smoothly, supporting consultants, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities

· Data entry into internal systems
· Monitor inboxes and correspondence and notify stakeholders of updates
· Maintain accurate client and case records
· Coordinate equipment orders and supplier communication
· Complete documentation checks as per internal service level agreements.
· Track registrations, compliance documents, and expiry dates
· Provide database administration and system support
· Assist with meeting minutes and general office administration duties
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in administration, office support, or coordinator roles
· Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills
· Confident using databases, CRM systems, or case management software
· Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
