ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across both business operations and appraisal functions. This hybrid role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and smooth daily operations by assisting with office logistics, documentation, data entry, research, and internal coordination. By handling key administrative tasks, this position enables managers and appraisers to focus on higher‑level strategic and analytical work.

Core Responsibilities – Appraisal Support

  • Organize and maintain appraisal work files and exhibits
  • Support documentation for appraisal reports
  • Support data entry and analysis in Excel and valuation software through the Monday Board

Core Responsibilities – Operations Coordination

  • Calendar management for Directors and Staff
  • Assist with LinkedIn posting, and minor website updates
  • Manage the Amazon account, office supply and snack requests
  • Maintain Employee Personnel Files
  • Support event logistics and conference registrations.
  • Assist with Copier usage extraction for clients & invoicing
  • Handle daily mail operations, including receiving, organizing and forwarding correspondence
  • Other light HR-related duties may be assigned as needed
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic mapping tools.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and market research preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
