ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our hiring process. This role will focus on reviewing resumes, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable on the phone, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate resumes and applications
- Make outbound calls to applicants to conduct initial screening
- Ask screening questions and assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate applicant records and update tracking systems
- Communicate professionally with candidates via phone and email
- Provide general administrative and recruiting support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and basic computer applications
- Professional, reliable, and personable demeanor
