JOB DETAILS

 

Our client  is looking for a Title Clerk / Administrative Assistant to start immediately to assist the company with daily title processing and administrative duties . Daily tasks include (but are not limited to):

Responsibilities

  • Assisting one of the company owners with daily tasks
  • Processing title work and registrations
  • Sorting and distributing mail and tax documents to co-workers
  • Invoicing a high volume of units
  • Receiving invoice payments
  • Assisting co-workers with daily tasks
  • Answering email questions from customers
  • Reviewing documents for errors

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must have basic to intermediate Excel skills)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners and printers)
  • Professional attitude and positive phone demeanor
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification or education is a plus
