JOB DETAILS
In this role you’ll be a trusted operational partner to the CEO, ensuring their time, attention, and communications are aligned with the company’s highest-impact priorities. This role sits at the center of critical external relationships and internal execution. You will be balancing calendar strategy, stakeholder coordination, and meeting preparation to keep key initiatives moving forward. Success requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and follow-through, plus the ability to stay organized and calm while navigating fast-changing priorities across investors, customers, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Own the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings with critical customers, internal stakeholders, investors, and other.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including lead investors and executives from key strategic partners and customers.
Assist in drafting and organizing presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
Support the CEO in tracking and driving priority action items across business development, engineering, and operational initiatives.
Maintain strict discretion regarding sensitive information related to fundraising, strategic partnerships, and internal organizational planning.
Coordinate end-to-end travel and logistics for major industry conferences, site visits, and partnership meetings.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience supporting C-suite executives in a high-growth deep tech, aerospace, or defense environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple shifting priorities within a mission-critical startup culture.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with internal leadership and high-level external partners.
High proficiency with modern productivity and communication suites (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
A proactive and high agency mindset.Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive information with total integrity.
Compensation Range: $90K – $140K
