ABOUT JOB

 

Qualifications -High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field). – Experience: – 2+ years of administrative/executive assistant experience. – 1+ year of customer service or client-facing experience. –  – Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. – Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills – Experience in the food distribution or manufacturing industry a plus. – Familiarity with order management or CRM systems. – Problem-solving mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure. – Team player who can also work independently.
