ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and guests, providing exceptional service while ensuring a seamless and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette
  • Open and prepare the office daily, ensuring all common areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area to reflect the company’s luxury brand standards
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and office coordination using office management systems and MS Office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and company returns
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
  • Assist with administrative tasks including proofreading, correspondence, and general office support
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding services with accuracy and professionalism
  • Anticipate office needs and proactively support agents and staff
  • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a client-facing customer support role required (luxury or real estate experience preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence and polished demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, including strong proofreading and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office systems
  • Comfortable managing phone systems and front office operations
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • 9 am-6 pm

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
