ABOUT JOB
This is a full-time remote role supporting executive-level administrative functions. The Administrative Assistant will manage communications, scheduling, and a variety of operational tasks in a fast-paced but structured environment.
We are looking for someone dependable, highly organized, and responsive during standard business hours. Over time, this individual will become a trusted partner in supporting leadership and coordinating internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize email communications
- Maintain and coordinate calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Organize and facilitate virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with staff, customers, and vendors
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Maintain digital files and records
- Track follow-ups and help ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Entry-level; prior administrative experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable using video conferencing platforms
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated, professional home workspace
