JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Office Assistant is to provide general administrative office support and assistance, and to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in set-up of large meetings and events
Assist with care management letter
Ensure organization of daily mailing/Receive and distribute mail/Assist with various mailings
Assist with general office related projects
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to speak effectively with members and employees of the agency.
Good organizational, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
