JOB SUMMARY

 

We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Customer Service
  • Maintaining and organising filing systems
  • Attention to detail with all work done
  • Excel Spreadsheet
  • Online bookings
  • Data entry
  • Assisting in cross workplace communications
  • Providing general administrative support to the business needed

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency to meduim level of experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to change and the ability to multi-task at times throughout the day
  • A flexible and adaptable team player
