ABOUT JOB
Our client is Seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations across property management, office administration, and warehouse assistance. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone who is resourceful, takes initiative and has ability to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting with the management of residential and/or commercial properties
· Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and inspections
· Handling general office duties such as emails, filing, data entry, invoicing, and scheduling
· Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
· Punctual, communication skills,
· Ability handling multiple responsibilities and tasks
· Confident with basic computer and office software (including but not limited to Word and Excel)
· Willing to help out where needed, including occasional warehouse tasks
· Previous experience in administration, property management, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential
Starting salary $25 to 30 per hour / depending on experience
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
