Job Summary

As a Private Equity Associate – AI Trainer, you will transform real-world deal experience into structured AI training tasks.

Your work will directly improve how AI systems perform financial analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models to support AI training initiatives, ensuring institutional-level accuracy and rigor
• Translate market research, due diligence findings, and investment memos into structured AI training datasets
• Design modeling and analytical tasks grounded in real private equity and investment banking workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to convert complex financial concepts into actionable AI learning modules
• Contribute ideas to improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI-powered private equity tools
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for logical coherence, financial accuracy, and practical investment relevance

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling expertise, including integrated operating models and valuation frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with or contributing to AI/ML systems in a finance context
• Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort building models from scratch
• Exposure to AI initiatives within private equity or investment banking environments
• Experience supporting portfolio management or post-investment monitoring initiatives
